We offer guests the opportunity to join our bakers, JR and Ann, to make a loaf of Irish Soda Bread for breakfast. There is a knack to making a good loaf of soda bread, and this is definitely a recipe that needs to be thought rather than simply followed from a book. If you would like to do this during your stay please contact reception. Bread-making with JR is €25 per person.
