From humble beginnings in 2008 selling various products in the Kinsale town market, we have evolved to the artisan company we are today, selling our Fresh from Kinsale range to supermarket chains and independent stores nationwide. In 2010 we moved to a dedicated gluten free food manufacturing facility, allowing us to grow substantially. Our mission is to make wholesome gluten-free ready to eat food, using locally sourced ingredients, and make them available to Irish consumers.
No use of artificial preservatives and additives are used thus ensuring the highest quality and wholesome taste. We have a range of products from soups to chowder, pitis to pies. All our products are hand made in our Cork based production kitchen by our talented team of chefs using local Irish ingredients where possible.
