On the Pigs Back was established in 1992 by French woman, Isabelle Sheridan in the English Market, Cork. The stall is now the centre of attraction for its fabulous selection of farmhouse cheeses and charcuterie products. They have become famous for their homemade pates and terrines which are all 100% natural, 100% locally produced in Cork and with absolutely NO compromise on taste!
