International award winning black and white pudding made by us in our own processing unit in Caherbeg, Rosscarbery, West Cork, from locally produced Irish pork.
Using Irish pork, we produce a range of sausages; dry cure bacon & ham; and black and white pudding in our processing unit in Rosscarbery in the heart of West Cork. All products have won international awards. We are obsessed with quality when it comes to the production of our Roscarbery Recipes pork products.
We produce everything in small batches enabling us to pay significant attention to detail from raw material to finished product. No-one makes anything for us & we do not manufacture for anyone else!
